I am an accomplished HR leader with over 25,000 hours of HR generalist, leadership, coaching and mediation experience during a 20 plus year career. I have worked across various sectors within both the FTSE 100 and SME arenas, operating at board level and with senior executive teams. I am conscientious and down-to-earth and put employee safety and wellbeing at the heart of what I do.
My approach is to develop and execute HR strategies which strike a balance between meeting a business’ long term strategic aims, as well as addressing more pressing operational challenges.
My experience is underpinned by a Chartered Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a BA Hons in Sociology with Social Psychology and a Coach Practitioner award meeting the European Mentoring Coaching Council standards. I am also an accredited workplace and employment Mediator, meeting the Civil Mediation Council requirements and an accredited Margerison-McCann Team Insights Practitioner.
I have professional indemnity insurance. I also have provisions in place to comply with GDPR regulations and confidentiality terms, which are outlined in my contract for services.
