I am an accomplished and adaptable HR leader with over 25,000 hours of generalist HR, coaching and mediation experience during a 20 plus year career. I have worked across various sectors and countries within both the FTSE 100 and SME arenas, partnering with senior executive and HR teams.
My approach is to design and deliver people strategies and projects, which strike a balance between meeting a business’ long-term strategic aims, as well as addressing more pressing operational challenges.
My experience is underpinned by a Chartered Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a BA Hons in Sociology with Social Psychology and a coach practitioner award meeting the European Mentoring Coaching Council standards. I am also an accredited workplace mediator, meeting the Civil Mediation Council requirements and an accredited Margerison-McCann team insights practitioner.
