Marion is a seasoned professional with over 25,000 hours of HR experience. She has worked across various sectors within both the FTSE 100 and SME arena, up to and including board level.
Her experience is underpinned by a Chartered Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a BA Hons in Sociology with Social Psychology, a Coach Practitioner award meeting the European Mentoring and Coaching Council standards, and is qualified to use team profiling tools.
When an assignment requires more than one consultant Marion draws on her network of highly experienced associates, who operate in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development professional code of conduct.
